In the real estate industry, companies usually focus on either leasing or sales, but R-JAPAN has consistently adhered to a comprehensive real estate model, balancing leasing, sales, and management as our three main pillars. This approach ensures that we are not affected by economic fluctuations and changes in the times. If we consider these three pillars as the vertical axis, the horizontal axis represents our strong belief and dedicated efforts to "become the No.1 company in the hearts of our customers."
In my personal journey in the real estate industry, my motto has been:
"Serve customers with full commitment."
This belief is also reflected in our company's code of conduct for employees. Even when faced with challenging requests from customers, we do not easily say "no." Instead, we carefully consider the customer's background and needs and strive to find solutions.
The nature of the comprehensive real estate industry allows us to connect with a diverse range of people. I believe that this network of relationships holds tremendous potential. Moving forward, we will further expand these networks, not only within the real estate industry but also by exploring collaborations with other industries. Our aim is not only to promote the growth of our company but also to contribute to the progress of society as a whole.

Through this trust, and the generational continuation of business relationships, R-JAPAN aims to become a company that lasts for over 100 years.
